Lobak or radish (Raphanus sativus) is a species of plant in the Brassicaceae, annual or biennial herb with many varieties, swollen roots, round, tapered or cylindrical in color including white, pink, red, purple, yellow, green to black and The flesh is usually white.

R. sativus has leaves arranged in a rosette, thick, lyrate with enlarged terminal lobes and smaller lateral lobes, rounded tips and serrated margins.
