Pink weed (Spigelia anthelmia) is a species of plant in the Loganiaceae, herbaceous, erect, height up to 60 cm, fibrous roots, cylindrical stems, green, scaly or white powdery, sometimes branched at the base of the stem, grows to form colonies in shady places in the forest, roadsides and abandoned lands.
S. anthelmia has oval-shaped leaves, length up to 13 cm, width up to 5 cm, green in color, rounded base and blunt tip. The flowers are funnel-shaped and white with brown or dark red stripes.
